Printing a Voiding Order Reasons List

1. When you first enter the Voiding Order Reasons option a Select An Option window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following prints on the report:

• Reason ID – The reason code
• Reason Description – The reason description.
